Ahmed & Hisham
HMA Export & Import Co. is led by two partners operating out of Crotone, Italy. Ahmed leads origin relationships, contract negotiations, and quality control directly at the source. Hisham manages ocean freight, warehousing, and logistics, ensuring your 70kg bags arrive on time and in perfect condition.
From harvest to your roaster.
Sourcing at Origin
Direct relationships with cooperatives and private mills in Brazil, Ethiopia, Indonesia, and Yemen. Every lot is cupped, scored, and selected against a strict flavor and defect spec.
Milling & Packing
Coffee is dry-milled, graded, and packed at the mill into traditional 70kg jute sacks — with optional GrainPro liners for specialty lots that need extra protection during the ocean voyage.
Ocean Freight
FCL and LCL shipments to the Port of Gioia Tauro. We handle documentation, phytosanitary certificates, and EU customs clearance end to end.
Warehouse & Delivery
Every container is inspected on arrival in Crotone. Bags are stored in a climate-stable warehouse and released by pallet or truckload directly to your roastery — on your schedule.
